Monologue Performance
This quarter, the class is mostly focusing on the monologue performances. First we made our monologue scripts to based on our diary entries. I chose to perform my diary entry #2. Each meeting I went to the drama room along with my other classmates to practice our monologue. This enable us to practice using the stage, props, and help us to stay focused in becoming our characters.
Why was this sample my best work?
This sample is my best work because I did my best in performing my monologue. As a result, I got a good grade for my performance.
What did I do well?
I did well in cheating out, using the stage wisely, gestures to show emotions and having props during the performance. Most of all, I think I was prepared at that time, thus making myself feel more confident.
How can I improve?
I can improve by showing adding more facials in certain situations so the audience can feel the atmosphere and also to project in several parts.

This sample relates to ATL because through this activity I improved my speaking and acting skills.
